Can I ingest the essential oil?

For external use only. The International Federation of Aromatherapists does not recommend that essential oils be taken internally unless under the supervision of a medical doctor who is also qualified in clinical aromatherapy. All cautions listed for individual oils do not include those cautions from ingestion.

This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Keep out of reach of children. If pregnant or under a doctor’s care, please consult your physician.

Why does my oil seems different from the previous batch?

Accepted Answer

Essential oils aroma may vary slightly between different batches. No preservatives and alcohol are added in perfume oil, the aroma may change, please use up as soon as possible.

Why is my bottle not filled to the top?

Accepted Answer

The bottle will be filled by counting the drops of the specified essential oils. The thickness of the essential oils might affect the filled volume; however, it does contain the specified count of drops.

For pure essential oils, the count of drops of varying sizes is as follows:
- 5 ml: 100 drops
- 10 ml: 200 drops

How do I store the product?

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight with the lid on tight.

Can I store the essential oil in the fridge?

Accepted Answer

No need. Essential oil can be stored in cool and dry places. 
However, base oil can be stored in the fridge.
