The "Yesterday" essential oil is a new addition for Christmas 2023, featuring the warm spices of cinnamon and clove bud, bringing a cozy atmosphere to any space. Typically, cinnamon is paired with orange to add a hint of sweetness, but Carol chose to combine it with spearmint and various limes for a touch of freshness, balancing the heaviness of the spices. This blend perfectly captures the essence of Christmas: a cold day, warm firelight, the fresh scent of Christmas tree leaves in the air, and the aroma of cinnamon bread on the table. Christmas songs play in the background, followed by The Beatles' "Yesterday," creating the complete ambiance of this essential oil. When using it, you can play "Yesterday," read the lyrics, and understand some of the feelings from the 1960s when the song was released. If possible, hold love in your heart and send blessings to the world.The scent enters through your sense of smell, spreads to the throat chakra and heart chakra (chest), then moves down to the solar plexus (stomach), and finally circles back to the back of the head and around the eyes. If you have sadness within, it will help you face it. To help you see hope amidst sadness, I replaced traditional sweet orange with three types of lime and spearmint to bring a fresh, sweet, light feeling, guiding you through the process of sadness and leaving you with a sense of rising hope.
